How Does Laser Lipo Work? Laser lipo results works by using heat from laser light energy to heat and liquefy excess fat cells. Once the fat cells in the treatment area get hot enough, they die. After they die, they continue to be heated until the tissue holding the fat cells together break apart and liquefies.
